CARROT & SWEET POTATO SOUP

 
We are having yummy carrot & sweet potato soup today.
 
Just perfect for chilly day ♥
 
 
♥ You will need ♥
 
Carrot
Sweet Potato
Chicken Stock
Cooked Organic Chicken Breast (Chopped)
Organic Coconut Oil (1TBSP)
 
Chop carrot & sweet potato into small chunky pieces.
In a pot, add organic coconut oil, carrot & sweet potato, stir well for few minutes.
Add chicken stock & cooked organic chicken breast, cook about 20 minutes, or until carrot & sweet potato are soft.
Remove from the stove, blend well until everything is smooth. If you think the soup is too thick, add some more chicken stock.
 
 
We also served with cooked organic pasta, and sprinkled pumpkin seed & flaxseed.

♥ GIRLS DAY OUT ♥

 
Yes, we know it's pretty early, but decided to have a lovely girls day out today.
 
Just because we've been busy like crazy these days, didn't have much time spending with the girls...
 
Started early Saturday morning, and heading to our breakie first.
 
Then do some shopping and tea time later.
 
Woohoo~ it's gonna be a fun day with girls!!

CHICKEN & BEER KINDA NIGHT ♥

 
It's chicken & beer kinda night....
 
As we've been working late these days, we felt really sorry for our babies.
 
So we thought of chicken and pup-beer to make them little bit happier :)
 
Okay, we gotta go see our babies enjoying chicken & beer!

♥ CHICKEN & RICE SOUP ♥

 
As weather gets colder, we cook soup for our babies more often.
 
Today we are having Chicken & Rice soup for lunch. And it smells so good!!
 
 
♥ You will need ♥
 
Cooked Organic Brown Rice
Cooked Organic Chicken Breast
Green Capsicum (Chopped)
Pumpkin
Bonito Flakes (No salt added) - You can skip if you don't find one
Egg
 
Put all the ingredients except egg in the pot, add water and boil about 10 minutes until pumpkin is cooked. Then smash pumpkin so that it's not too chunky.
Add an egg and stir well, boil till egg is fully cooked.
 
Top with little bit of bonito flakes.
 
Now you are ready to serve.
 
Easy, isn't it?
 
 
Our babies just love this soup. ♥
 
Not that they are ever picky though. :-P
