♥ MOONCAKE FOR POOCHES ♥

So many of you guys asked us to post a recipe for the mooncake for pooches.

We had to bake another batch for more friends, so we are doing a recipe.

This recipe might not be the best recipe as we just played around and came up with this recipe.

But one good thing, even though it's not the best mooncake, your pooches will just love you made them yummy snacks! No judgement, heehee...!!

Anyway, let's start baking some mooncakes for our lovely babies! ♥

♥ You will need ♥

< DOUGH >

Organic Brown Rice Flour 2C
Organic Coconut Oil 1/3C
Greek Yogurt 2TBSP
Pure Honey 1TBSP
2 Eggs

Preheat your oven at 180°C.

Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl, and form a ball.

We divided into two balls, and added some carob powder with one ball.

Put them in a zip lock or use plastic wrap, and chill in the freezer for 5~10 minutes.

< FILLING >

Cooked Organic Chicken Breast (Chopped)
Mashed Sweet Potato
Cranberries
Pumpkin Seeds
Cottage Cheese
Cinnamon

Mix filling ingredients in a bowl, and make a small ball.

Roll the dough, then wrap the filling carefully.

Carefully put the ball in a mooncake mold to make shape.

Bake about 20 minutes or until it's cooked well. Time may vary depends on the size of mooncake and the oven, so watch carefully not to burn ;)

If you want to add egg wash, bake 10 minutes, then take out the baking tray, brush egg wash on top of mooncake, then bake another 10 minutes.

Cool on the baking tray.

Now we are done!!

Looks yummy, doesn't it?

If you have leftover, put them in airtight container and refrigerate them. Try to consume within few days. Or store in the freezer, then just warm them up when you need.

Hope the recipe works for you guys!

Enjoy baking!! ♥
