BREAKFAST CRÊPE - Yummy Sunday Brunch ♥

How are you guys enjoying your Sunday so far?
We are having relaxing brunch today...
Yummy Breakfast Crêpe ♥
Easy to bake! Seriously! And absolutely tasty!
Just perfect for lazy Sunday :) after busy holidays, finally having a lazy Sunday!
♥ You will need ♥
Cottage Cheese
Carrot Puree
Cooked Organic Chicken Breast
To make Crêpe, mix organic wholegrain brown rice flour, egg, a spoon of coconut oil and water in a bowl.
Add flour mixture on a hot pan, and cook both side carefully not to burn.
Simple, isn't it?
We also added little amount of organic coconut flour to add more flavor, smells so good!!
Place Crêpe on a baking tray, and add carrot puree, cooked chicken and cottage cheese.
Crack egg into center of Crêpe, and fold edges toward center.
We sprinkled flaxseed and parsley.
Bake at 220°C for 25 minutes or until egg is fully baked.
Just watch carefully not to burn.
It really depends on the oven and the size of Crêpe.
Cool until it's warm, and serve after cutting into small pieces.
