PUMPKIN PANCAKE for SATURDAY SPECIAL TREAT ♥

It's Saturday, and we are having a Saturday special treat ♥

 

Yummy PUMPKIN PANCAKE for pooches ♥

 

Before going through the recipe, need to make a confession to you guys.

 

Not so good at numbers, measuring stuff... Always cook without exact measuring, so it's a bit hard to tell you guys the exact weights of ingredients and stuff if you ask.

 

Anyway, this is a really simple recipe, and anyone can make it.

 

 

You will need,

 

1/4 Pumpkin

2 Eggs

Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour

Coconut Oil

Yogurt

 

Cinnamon, Blueberry for extra

 

Steam pumpkin and mash in a bowl. Add eggs and brown rice flour, then mix well together.

If the batter is too thick, add some water.

Do not add hot water as egg will be cooked.

 

Put little bit of coconut oil in a pan, and cook just like pancake.

 

Now you are done, place on a plate and top with yogurt.

 

You can garnish with pinch of cinnamon and blueberries if you like.

 

Ta-Da!

 

Now you have your lovely pancakes.

Cut into small pieces before serve if your pooch is having hard time eating big pieces.

We had few peeps coming over in the office, and they brought some yummy stuff... and it's tea time!!

So sadly nothing was related to me... Hopefully they remember to bring some doggie stuff next time....

FINALLY!! We received our brownies along with many of our favorite treats ♥

 

 Brownies were as much good as we expected!!
