CHICKEN MEATLOAF

 
Meatloaf, anyone?
 
Just perfect for holiday treats :)
 
Easy to bake, but taste sooooo good!!
 
♥ You will need ♥
 
Minced Organic Chicken Breast
Cottage Cheese
Egg
Butternut Squash
Flaxseed
Rolled Oats
 
 
 
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
 
 
And shape as you like. :)
 
We baked at at 220°C for 75 minutes, but it really depends on your oven and meatloaf size, so watch carefully not to burn.
 
 
Ta-da!
 
It's done!
 
Cool on a baking tray, and slice.
 
 
If you have leftover, put them in airtight container and refrigerate them. Try to consume within few days.
