What are you guys having for lunch today?
We are having Julie's favorite salmon lunch ;)
♥ You will need ♥
Cooked Organic Brown Rice
Salmon
Capsicum
Zucchini
Carrot
Green Bean
Plain Yogurt
Chop capsicum, zucchini & carrot into small pieces, slightly cook in a pan with a drop of coconut oil. Mix with cooked brown rice, set aside.
In a pan, add little bit of coconut oil and pan fry salmon until fully cooked. Be careful not to burn.
Serve all on a plate, top with plain yogurt. We sprinkled parsley & flaxseed.
