Busy baking mooncakes for our babies and friends today ♥
And our babies have been waiting whole morning so patiently. :)
Yum~ ♥

Not sure, but looks like they've been discussing about the effective way to get some extra treats :-P
Now we are facing four irresistible begging faces few times a day...
One of the baby starts, then they just gather up in a sec. And never leave until they get what they want :-P
How can we say NO to these cute faces anyway :)

We just baked yummy pumpkin cookies for Samuel to cheer him up :)
Anyone up for some pumpkin cookies?
♥ You will need ♥
Organic Brown Rice Flour 1C
Organic Oat Flour 3/4C
Organic Pumpkin Powder 1/4C
1 Egg
Chopped Pumpkin (Use food processor or if you don't have one, just chop them as small as possible so it can be cooked quickly)
Pure Honey 1 TBSP
Organic Coconut Oil 3 TBSP
Cinnamon 1TSP
Preheat your oven at 170°C.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then make a dough.
When it's ready, put it in a plastic bag, and store in freezer for 30 minutes.
Take out the chilled dough, then cut with your favorite cookie cutters.
Place them on a baking tray, then bake about 20 minutes or until it's cooked well.
Take them out of the oven, and cool them on baking tray.
Now it's time for snack time! Easy, isn't it?
*** If you don't have organic pumpkin powder, just use 1C of organic oat flour.
*** If you don't have organic oat flour, or Organic Brown Rice Flour, just use either one and make it 2C. We mixed organic brown rice flour and oat flour, because we think it's little stickier when we only use organic brown rice flour.
If you have leftover, put them in airtight container and refrigerate them. Try to consume within few days.

Yay! Friday!! ♥
As soon as we started wrapping up, these guys just got into a bag.
There is no way that three of these guys will fit in, but they are just sitting there all together waiting to leave the office... :-P
Guess we will have to leave soon.
Happy Friday all! ♥ ♥ ♥

Finally after long hours of waiting.... healthy dehydrated snacks are all ready!
Some are packed nicely to be shared with our friends, and some are ready sealed properly for our babies. ♥ Hopefully lasts for a while.... :)
Alice is checking out what we have here...
Alice & Samuel tried to steal some of these while we were packing. Funny thing is Alice went for the biggest one.
Okay, they have been waiting so patiently, so it's time to give them a reward. :)
This is totally the "AFTER" having treats, not the "BEFORE"... :-P
They start all over giving us the "Can I have one?" face.... :-P

It's very gloomy rainy day today....
But delivery package made us so happy! Delivery package always makes us sooooo happy! Especially when it's a big one! Teehee...
Our food dehydrator we bought last year already got broken, maybe we used too many times?? don't know... and we've been waiting this new dehydrator to come home with us!
Big enough for our big family! Yay!!
So looking forward to start making some natural treats for our babies again!
Girls are staying around the dehydrator and not leaving... like they know what is going on. :-P
Anyway, happy rainy day!! ♥
ALICE : I have no idea what this is... but I see big sis is not leaving, so I guess this is something we should be sit around.... I guess.....

BRUCE : I think there is someone on my back....
I prefer bath alone...

Just like they don't have any toys to play with....
They stole Emma's hair bow right from Emma's hair....
It's such a big deal to them as they both are very scared of Emma when she gets mad!
Naughty babies!! ♥ What a team-work! :-P

Not so sure what's so fun about playing with hair bow... :-P

SAMUEL : Give it to me!
ALICE : NO! You give it to me!!
SAMUEL : NO! You give it to me!!!
ALICE : NO!!!! You give it to me!!!!!
It went on and on and on.... for pretty long time.....

Ever since little girl Alice came to us, Samuel was so happy to finally have his playmate.
Yes, nicely saying "PLAYMATES", but they are doing all the naughty stuff together making us busy clean up after them. :-P
Running around in full speed, hiding under the furniture, and opening cookie bags....
Now our big boy Bruce & big sis Emma are busier than ever, teaching them house rules. :)
Lots of barking going on, and a bit more noisy than we used to be, but very much enjoy seeing all of them adapting each other and learning how to live as a FAMILY ♥
Just hoping all of them stay healthy more than anything!!
How lucky all of us are having lovely pooches around us, don't you agree?
SAMUEL : Ummm.... do I let her do this? or not??

We just baked coconut chicken roll, and it's just so good!! Well, according to our babies :-P
Okay, are you ready to bake some yummy chicken?
♥ You will need ♥
Organic Chicken Breast (Sliced)
Cottage Cheese
Organic Brown Rice Flour
Shredded Organic Coconut (Not sweetened)
Chopped Parsley
Preheat oven at 220°C.
In 3 separated bowl, put organic brown rice flour, egg (lightly beaten) and coconut shred with chopped parsley.
Place sliced chicken breast, then add cottage cheese, carrot & celery, then roll it.
Slightly pat organic brown rice flour to the rolled chicken, then remove any excessive flour.
Now the chicken goes into slightly beaten egg wash.
Then dip in coconut shred evenly.
Place rolled chicken on a baking tray, and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. It depends on your oven, and the size of the roll.
Watch carefully not to burn the surface.
Okay, they are all done. Cool them, and cut into slices to serve.
We served with cooked purple sweet potatoes.
Did our babies like them? Oh, absolutely! :)

This cute little girl is Alice, our new family member ♥
She has already become a best friend with our naughty boy Samuel. :) We totally thought they already knew each other for a long time. :-P
Emma & Bruce will need little bit of time as usual, teehee~
When we thought Samuel was the naughty one, we were totally wrong.
This little girl is a nuts! Seriously!!
Now we need to take another family portrait. ♥
Welcome to our family, little angel, Alice! ♥ ♥ ♥
