SATURDAY BRUNCH - SPINACH QUICHE ♥

Hope you guys are enjoying relaxing weekend!
 
Today we are having yummy Spinach Quiche for brunch ♥ Yum~ ♥
 
 
♥ You will need ♥
 
Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour
Organic Eggs
Cooked Spinach (Chopped)
 
 
Let's make pie shell!
 
Mix brown rice flour with 2 spoons of coconut oil in a bowl, combine all with hands. Yes, hands :) Splash little bit of water if needed, dough should be soft and moist not wet.
 
Now roll out the dough on a lightly floured work space.
 
 
Carefully transfer rolled pie shell to pie pan.
 
Now your pie shell is ready, cover with plastic wrap and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
 
 
While we are waiting for the pie shell, whisk eggs with few spoons of water.
 
Then add brown rice flour and spinach, mix well.
 
 
Pour egg mixture to pie shell. Sprinkle small amount of cheese if you want.
 
Bake about 35 minutes until tops are golden brown. We baked at 220°C, but it totally depends on your oven, so keep an eye on oven not to burn. ;)
 
Cool them on a baking tray before give them to your pooches.
 
If you have leftover, put them in airtight container and refrigerate them. Try to consume within few days.
 
 
Okay, now we are ready!
 
Cut into small pieces if your pooches have hard time eating them.
