Hope everyone is enjoying lovely Saturday!
We are having special healthy lunch today, and wanted to share with you guys!
♥ You will need ♥
Chopped Carrot & Broccoli
Organic Minced Chicken Breast
Organic Wholegrain Brown Rice Flour
Lightly steam cabbage until it's little soft. Do not over cook. Wash with cool water, set aside.
In a bowl, mix minced chicken breast, egg, organic wholegrain brown rice flour, chopped carrot & broccoli. We also added a table spoon of flaxseed.
Lightly flour steamed cabbage, and add mixture. Then ROLL! :)
Steam rolled cabbage for 30 minutes, or until it's fully cooked.
It depends on your steamer and the size of roll.
Someone just couldn't wait till the photo shoot. :-P
We added few spoons of cottage cheese, and blueberries & strawberries as well.
Cut into small pieces before give to your pooches.
Someone definitely wants some more! :-P
