We are having Salmon & Quinoa Burger for lunch today ♥
So easy to cook, and our babies love it ♥
♥ You will need ♥
Cooked Salmon
Cooked Sweet Potato
Green Capsicum
Cooked Quinoa
Organic Egg
Organic Coconut Flour
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, make burger patty shape .
Drop a spoon of coconut oil in a pan, then pan fry until everything is all cooked nicely.
Watch carefully not to burn as we do not want to feed our babies burnt burger ;)
Okay, ready to serve now.
So easy, isn't it?
We also make enough patty, and store them in the freezer for emergency. You know those days you really don't feel like cooking :-P Anyway, it comes in handy!
