Our babies usually have fish at least twice a week. Especially Salmon is their favorite ♥
♥ You will need ♥
Salmon Fillet
Organic Pasta
Pumpkin Cubes
Cauliflower
Cinnamon Powder
Preheat your oven at 220°C.
In a baking tray, place pumpkin cubes and cauliflower, drizzle with few drops of coconut oil, then sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until veggies are all cooked well.
Bake or pan fry salmon fillet as you like, then cut them into small pieces and set aside.
Cook pasta and set aside.
When veggies are ready, mix veggies, salmon flakes and pasta all together.
We topped with a spoon of cottage cheese and chopped parsley.
